No, only when the Referee calls the foul and he need's help with where the foul happen inside or outsite the Penalty Area

Q. 2 When should a yellow card be given?
ANSWER: A Player is cautioned and shown the yellow card if he commits any of the following seven offenses:

1.Is guilty of unsporting Beavior.
2. Shows dissent by word or action
3.Persistently infringes the Laws of the Game
4.Delays the restart of play
5.Fails to respect the required distance when play is resarted with a corner kick or fee kick
6.Enters or re-enters the field of play without the referee's permission
7.Deliberately leaves the field of play without the referee's permission

Q. 3 Where do I restart for offside?
ANSWER: Ask your assistant referee, if there is one, to help you find the approximate place where the offside player was when the teammate played the ball. Anywhere within a couple of yards is usually fine.

POSIBILIDADES
Primero. La pregunta ya establece que el delantero que se adelanto estaba "habilitado" por lo tanto no estaba en posicion de fuera de juego al hacerse el tiro. No se le puede castigar por fuera de juego. La pregunta no establece como este jugador estaba habilitado. Lo unico que se puede suponer es que siendo un tiro libre hacia la porteria, habian defensores entre la porteria y el delantero que se adelanto mas alla del balon.

Segundo. Si el tiro libre se ejecuto sin haber ningun defensor haciendo barrera y solo el portero en frente, cuando el segundo delantero se adelanto mas alla del balon, estaba en posicion de fuera de juego. Al jugar el balon despues de ser rechazado por el portero, sera castigado por fuera de juego.

Una tercera posibilidad estaria basada en un cambio a la interpretacion. Supongamos que un delantero ejecuta el tiro. El segundo delantero esta en linea con los defensores de la barrera. No hay mas defensores entre la barrera y el portero. El delantero en la barrera se adelanta mas alla de la barrera hacia la porteria antes de que su companero ejecute el tiro libre poniendose en posicion de fuera de juego. Por lo tanto al jugar el balon despues de ser rechazado por el portero, sera castigado por estar en fuera de juego.
